- Great American Potato Salad

- 4 cups cubed cooked Potatoes 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 2 hard boiled Eggs, chopped 1 tsp Prepared Mustard
- 1/2 cup chopped Onion 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
- 1/2 cup Celery Slices 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup chopped Sweet Pickle 1/8 tsp Pepper
- (I use sweet and dill both)

- Combine Miracle Whip, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper; mix
- well. Then combine potatoes, eggs, onion, celery and pickle.
- Add dressing to potato mixture; mix lightly. Chill.
